They are looking to recruit a National Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers across both sectors.

You have a good knowledge of the fleet sector and can forge strong ongoing relationships at multi level. You are an excellent networker and can convert relationships into long term ongoing business relationships.

You will be covering the UK and need to be prepared to travel extensively.

 

Salary c £40,000 plus bonus, car choice and excellent benefits

You will be responsible for managing the business development and operational functions in the Essex region for a well established and highly successful multi site vehicle rental company. You will be responsible, through your team, for the profitable growth of the business across the county with both existing and new customers and the ongoing development of the operations area of the business. You will work closely with management across the business and have a good knowledge of all aspects of the vehicle rental market place.

Salary to £28,000 plus substantial and generous bonus, car and benefits.

 

You will be managing and developing the sales support function for a busy national field based corporate sales team. You will be working closely with the Sales Director and will be monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the business unit in the market place and its competitiveness in relation to the main competition.

You will work closely with outside partner suppliers in both the lead generation and CRM areas and have the skills to develop all activities in these areas of the business. You will work closely with the corporate sales team and management across the business to assist in the achievement of their business goals. You will also be responsible for reviewing corporate pricing and the ongoing bids and tender process.

 

You are highly numerate, IT literate, have a good level of commercial understanding, good all round communication and people skills and can multi task and work on your own initiative.

The UK BDM will be responsible for the management of all relationships with both new and existing customers in the UK. They will develop close working relationships with them and in turn operate as a go between with the UK head office and the factory team where appropriate. You will ensure that the best possible commercial relationships are maintained with suppliers.

You are an experienced manager with a good knowledge of the vehicle leasing business and all aspects of SMR. You will be supported by a team of experienced and knowledgeable managers. They and their teams will be providing both technical support and related services to drivers across the board.

You have excellent people, technical , change and project management skills.

You have a good knowledge of the operations functions in the car rental business and a good understanding of booking and online systems used within the sector. You have excellent people and communication skills and can work in both a one to one and group situation training and offering customer support both on a National and International basis. You have good IT skills and have worked closely with customers throughout your career. You will be in regular contact with management across Europe and training both new system users and updating existing users as improvements and updates come through on a regular basis.

You will be based at our clients head office in the M25 area, but must be prepared to travel both Nationally and Internationally on a regular basis.

Salary c £30,000 but negotiable plus bonus and benefits.

You will be responsible for the management of an established operations team. You and your team will be responsible for all aspects of purchase, in life services and ultimate disposal of the fleet. You will work closely with all external suppliers, including manufacturers , service providers and remarketing specialists. You have an excellent knowledge of the fleet and leasing sectors and have a proven track record in management within the sector.

You will be part of a close and highly commited senior management with a clear vision for their future.

Salary c £65,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.
